The Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit & the Beatitudes According to St Thomas Aquinas

St Thomas Aquinas’ theology provides the essential principles necessary to understand the spiritual life. This course will study how the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit fit into the whole supernatural organism, the gifts in general, and each specific gift and its corresponding virtue and beatitude. We will also consider the pastoral implications of the gifts and the importance of understanding the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit for spiritual direction.

2 x 45 minute sessions per day (12 Lectures) – Monday, Wednesday, & Friday – 9.30am – 11.15 am, (including 15 minutes break) UK time.
